David utilizes a variety on hands-on, fascia-based approaches to help you achieve your goals. They include Anatomy Trains Structural Integration, Frederick Stretch Therapy (FST), visceral manipulation, Fascial Fitness, yoga principles and more.  Each treatment is designed to give you a difference you feel before you leave. Most people enjoying more lasting results within 3-4 treatments and find they get best results with 10-14 treatments over a 3-4 month period.

Treatment involves ongoing postural and movement evaluations. Please wear or bring comfortable underwear, or loose fitting shorts, a two piece bathing suit or something similar. It’s about your comfort level. Sports bras are generally not recommended as they often cover up areas of the upper back in need of care, or too restricting.
